Shipping policy

Welcome to BusyBeeArtist, where every crochet item is handmade with love and care! Below is our shipping policy to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience.

1. Processing Time

Standard Delivery

  • Timeframe: 7 working days (Saturdays and Sundays are non-working days).
  • Advance Payment: Rs. 270 advance delivery fee to start preparing your handmade order.
  • Remaining Balance: Paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) when your package arrives.

Urgent Delivery

  • Timeframe: Handed to the courier within 1 to 2 days, plus 2 to 3 days for shipping.
  • Urgent Prep Fee: Rs. 500  + Rs 270 dc charges + Item charges- for urgent orders we take FULL payment upfront. 

Express Courier (TCS)

  • Urgent Prep Fee: Rs 500 + FULL upfront payment required of item 
  • Optional Service: Fast shipping via TCS is available upon request.
  • Timeframe: At doorstep in 3 days.
  • Cost: Charges depend on your location and package size. We will share the TCS receipt so you can pay the exact courier fee directly.

2. Shipping Method & Cost

We currently offer local nationwide shipping with a flat rate of Rs 270 per order.

  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days (depending on your location).

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available) so you can monitor your package.

4. Shipping Address & Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at artist.busybee@gmail.com—we’ll try to correct it before shipping.

5. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your order, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If the issue persists, email us at artist.busybee@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Since all items are handmade to order, we do not accept returns unless there is a defect or error on our part. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more details.
