Very disappointing experience. I ordered several items, but one item worth around 700 was missing from my order. When I contacted them about the missing item, they only refunded around 200 instead of the actual value of the missing item.
When I pointed this out, instead of properly resolving the issue, they started making excuses and giving different explanations. If an item is missing, the customer should receive the correct refund—not be left arguing over it.
I expected much better customer service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.
